That’s why I started Rentioo.

I’m Christiaan Mondria. Since 1998, I’ve worked in the travel industry — and for the past 15 years, I’ve focused exclusively on vacation rentals. I started out at Topic Travel in The Hague, a specialist in luxury rentals across Western Europe, especially France. After that, I joined Belvilla — one of Europe’s largest property management organizations, managing over 20,000 homes. There, I was responsible for the entire supply portfolio. I also worked for the premium British brand James Villa Holidays.

Over the years, I’ve spoken with hundreds of homeowners. And despite their differences, most want two simple things:
